Lost Package/Unusual Package
- In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, PowerBank will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team at: cs@powerbank.app.
- PowerBank will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your address when placing an order.
- If you purchase multiple items in one order, PowerBank will ship them separately based on inventory and they may not arrive at the same time.
