Tracking Package

Lost Package/Unusual Package

  1. In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, PowerBank will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team at: cs@powerbank.app.
  2. PowerBank will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your address when placing an order.
  3. If you purchase multiple items in one order, PowerBank will ship them separately based on inventory and they may not arrive at the same time.
