Shipping Area and Estimated Delivery Time

Lost Package/Unusual Package

1. In the unfortunate event that an item is lost in transit, PowerBank will replace it at no cost to you, please contact our support team at: cs@powerbank.app.
2. PowerBank will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please check your address when placing an order.
3. If you purchase multiple items in one order, PowerBank will ship them separately based on inventory and they may not arrive at the same time.

Shipping Delay

Taxes/Duties

• All products sold by PowerBank do not include duties and taxes. Only the amount of the product and shipping costs will be charged for your order.

Tracking Package

1. After the tracking number comes out, it usually takes 1–2 business days for the new information to be updated. Please wait patiently.

2. Most packages can be tracked on this website: https://www.17track.net/en. If the information cannot be checked, please contact us at cs@powerbank.app.

After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.

When the courier is being delivered, please pay attention to the tracking information and receive the package in time, otherwise the courier will be returned or destroyed.
